How to Use the Site

Use the navigation bar at the top of each page to explore different sections. If you know what you are looking for, simply search in the search bar at the top of the website. If you need some inspiration for a gift, then you can choose to search by recipient or interest. And, you have the choice to filter further once on the product page. Enjoy browsing!

Your Shopping Cart

Viewing the contents of your Cart

You can check your shopping cart anytime by clicking the "CART" button in the top right corner of every page.

Adding an item to your Cart

To add an item to your Cart, simply choose the quantity you would like and click the "Add to Cart" button. You'll see a brief confirmation on the Cart page before being automatically redirected back to your previous page, so you can keep shopping!

Removing an item from your Cart

If you decide you no longer want an item, just open your "Cart," select the item, and either change the quantity to zero or click the bin icon next to it.

Changing the quantity of an item

To buy multiple quantities of an item, adjust the quantity field above the "Add to Cart" button when making your purchase. You can also change the quantity of items already in your Cart by going to the Cart and updating the quantity there.

The Checkout

Confirming Your Order

When you're ready to purchase, navigate to your Cart by clicking the cart icon in the top-right corner of the page. In the Order Summary box, click Go to Checkout to begin.

Delivery Information

On the first checkout page, you'll need to provide your delivery information. You can either enter a new delivery address or select a previously saved one. Once your delivery address is confirmed, you can choose your preferred delivery option. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the Order Summary box before proceeding.

Billing Information

Next, you’ll be asked to provide your billing information. You can use the same address as your delivery address, or you may select a custom or saved billing address.

Order Confirmation

The Order Confirmation page will summarise all the information you've provided, including delivery and billing details. If you need to communicate any special instructions or notes, you can add them here for our Customer Service team.

Payment

On the final page, you will choose your payment method and complete your order.

Paying via Stripe

You will be redirected to a secure webpage hosted by our trusted payment provider, Stripe. Here, you can select the credit or debit card you'd like to use.

After choosing your card, enter the required details to complete the transaction.

Your payment information is securely encrypted, ensuring full protection.

Acknowledgement Page

Once your payment is successful, an Acknowledgement Page will appear, confirming your order.

Please note your order number for future reference.

You will also receive an automated email confirming that we've received your order and payment.

To place another order or continue browsing, click Done. Otherwise, you can close the window or navigate away from the page.

Order Acceptance

Please note that completing the checkout process does not mean your order is accepted. Your order is only confirmed once the items are despatched, and you receive a Despatch Confirmation via email.

Creating an account

To create an account with us simply click the blue SIGN UP box at the top of the website.

Here you enter your details and check the relevant tick boxes. You will then receive an email with a link to confirm your details and enter a password.
